A shuttle runs between Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital (BWFH) and Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) Monday through Friday, except holidays. The shuttle stops at the BWH Francis Street Shelter and the 3rd Floor Entrance to Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital.

Mass General Brigham offers GPS tracking on our shuttles so that patients, visitors and employees can track their bus or van in real time, get arrival time predictions and view service alerts.
BWFH uses the GPS Insight Manager app to track its shuttles buses. To download GPS Insight Manager, please visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once you’ve downloaded the app, log into BWFH’s shuttle GPS with this username: Faulkner and password: Vpne1234. The TransLoc app has been discontinued. To view on your desktop or mobile device, simply click here, click "Login" on the top right of the page and use the same login listed above.
