Workforce Enrichment and Engagement at Mass General Brigham

We are committed to our workforce and helping them thrive.

To be a global leader in healthcare, it is essential that our workforce reflects the patients we serve and offers a variety of perspectives. This enables us to develop better solutions to our challenges and deliver higher quality care with better patient outcomes. A workforce with a broad range of skills, experiences, and perspectives is best positioned to innovate, create solutions, provide the highest quality care to all our patients, and ensure that our patients maintain trust and feel confident seeking care from our provider community.

Employee Resource Groups

Mass General Brigham’s Office of Workforce Enrichment supports more than a dozen employee resource groups across the system to create an environment where all employees feel seen, heard, and valued for what they bring to the organization.

At Mass General Brigham, employee resource groups (ERGs) are employee-led and open to all. ERGs provide an opportunity for employees to support each other in networking, development, and building community. They strive to create an environment where all employees can aspire, develop and collaborate to reach their highest potential. Learn more about ERGs here.
