As of June 16, Mass General Brigham believes 85 percent of employees have been vaccinated against COVID-19. While this number is impressive, we believe it may be even higher. Some employees may have received vaccinations at locations not associated with our system, which means there is no record or documentation in EPIC. Regardless of whether you were vaccinated at a Mass General Brigham clinic or not we need you to act in one of two ways:
If you received your vaccine at a non-Mass General Brigham vaccine clinic, please provide your vaccination documentation from any outside vaccination site using this survey to record and upload your vaccine documentation. Please log in using your Mass General Brigham login and password and select Non-MGB Vaccine Clinic or Outside Provider to submit your documentation. By providing this information, we can improve the accuracy of our vaccination rates and update your EPIC and employee records to ensure we have everyone’s accurate vaccination information.
If you received your vaccine at a Mass General Brigham clinic, you will need to provide consent to have your vaccination record sent from EPIC to PeopleSoft and to your Occupational Health record. Please use this survey to answer the consent question. Please log in using your Mass General Brigham login and password and select MGB Sponsored Vaccine Clinic to navigate to the consent question.
Employees can schedule dose 1 vaccine appointments at any of our dedicated vaccination sites using COVID Pass until the last dose 1 day closure dates. For employees unable to use COVID Pass seeking dose 1, with the last option on June 30 (initial vaccination appointments), please call the COVID Call Center at 781-960-1567 to schedule an appointment. Employees may take time during their workday to get vaccinated and should coordinate with their manager.
If you are unable to get vaccinated at one of our clinics prior to their closing dates, employees are encouraged to access state sites, local pharmacies and other COVID vaccine venues. Soon employees will also be able to receive their COVID vaccine at select Occupational Health clinics on a limited basis. More information will be forthcoming.
The Occupational Health Services team is launching a pilot to provide COVID-19 vaccines to new and current Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital employees who are interesting in receiving the vaccine at the Occupational Health clinic on the 7th floor.
