Gregory Endoscopy Centre nurse receives GI Fellow Staff Appreciation Award

Each year, Brigham and Women’s gastroenterology fellows select one nurse from within the Brigham family to recognize with their GI Fellow Staff Appreciation Award. This year’s honoree is the Gregory Endoscopy Centre’s Helen Driscoll, MSN, RN, CGRN.

Driscoll’s win marks the first time a nurse from Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital has been recognized with the GI Fellow Staff Appreciation Award.

For Driscoll, it is truly meaningful to be recognized by the fellows. “I am honored to receive this award,” she says. “It means a great deal to me, especially since it is the first time that this award has been given to a nurse from BWFH. The fellows that rotate into our department bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and an eagerness to learn, which makes them a pleasure to work with.”
