Ask myHR online portal is your 24/7 home base for all Human Resources information and inquiries. With a user-friendly search bar, quick links and articles organized by topic, Ask myHR delivers personalized HR information for every employee.

It’s almost time to enroll in your 2020 benefits and Ask myHR is your Open Enrollment destination. From October 28 to November 13, you’ll have the opportunity to make changes to your medical, dental and vision plans as well as life insurance coverage for yourself and your family members. Ask myHR will provide benefit plan summaries, videos, cost information and other resources to help you make decisions about your 2020 benefits.

In the event you can’t find what you’re looking for, Ask myHR can easily connect you to the HR Support Center. Click “Make a Request” to submit your question to the Support Center team. Once it is submitted, you can track the progress of your request in the bottom right-hand corner of the Ask myHR home page. If you’d rather speak with a member of our HR Support Center team, you can do so by calling 1-833-Ask-MyHR (1-833-275-6947). 

Ask myHR is more than just benefits. It also is home to the Employee Perks Program, which offers discounts and programs from retailers in the Boston area and beyond. With a mix of online ticket sales, in-person discounts and online programs, Perks includes everything from seasonal activities and museums to home and financial services.

If you are always on the go, so is Ask myHR. You can access it from work or home, from a PC, tablet or mobile phone. If you are outside the Partners network, use your Partners username and password, along with a security code sent to your mobile phone to access Ask myHR.
