BWFH welcomes new Budget Director

The Finance Department at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital is pleased to welcome Olga Morgovsky to the role of Budget Director where she will lead a team of two Senior Financial Analysts, oversee the operating and capital budgets, work on volume and forecasting and represent BWFH at the Mass General Brigham-level Budget Directors Forum.

Morgovsky comes to BWFH from Newton-Wellesley Hospital where she worked with BWFH’s Vice President for Finance, Analysis and Planning Jerry Hadley before he took on his current role. There she held a number of positions, beginning as Budget Analyst in 2006. Since 2017, she has served as Finance Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of the operating and capital budget processes as well as leading a team of Finance Analysts. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Brandeis University and is a graduate of Mass General Brigham’s Finance Management Development Initiative (MDI) program.

Of her new role, Morgovsky says, “I look forward to meeting new colleagues, bridging the gap in interdepartmental knowledge and supporting the budget needs across the organization. And working with Jerry again!”

When she is not at work, Morgovsky enjoys spending time with her two teenage children.
