Recognizing the need for this kind of advice and networking opportunities within Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, the Emerging Leaders Committee (formerly the Young Professionals Committee) helps foster growth, improve retention and create a sense of community among our young professionals and early careerists.

Under the executive sponsorship of the Vice President of Clinical Services, the committee organizes and promotes professional development, career advancement and networking opportunities geared towards the early career healthcare workforce. The group also offers community service opportunities.
