Brigham and Women’s Center for Weight Loss Surgery offers a wide range of medical and surgical methods to help our patients become healthier and lose excess weight. Our multidisciplinary team includes internists, dedicated nurse-coordinators, dietitians, physical therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists and experienced surgeons with expertise in gastric bypass and other minimally invasive procedures.
Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital's Center for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (CMBS) is a Comprehensive Adult Bariatric Surgery Accredited Center in the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP).
Our program offers quality care to every patient. Each patient plan is uniquely developed for the individual and their needs. Working alongside our Brigham and Women's surgeons are skilled clinicians that provide each patient the appropriate nutritional, behavioral, and medical support to reduce negative events and maximize good outcomes.
