The Cardiovascular Medicine Division at Brigham and Women’s Hospital is pleased to provide you with our world-class clinical services and extend our academic cardiology program through Brigham Medical Specialties at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. As with all our locations, our faculty delivers the most innovative and comprehensive care for patients with complex disorders of the heart, blood vessels and circulation.

Our cardiovascular services span the entire spectrum of patient care. Not only can we take care of all your cardiac issues but we can also help you with additional health challenges you face due to cardiovascular complications.

Our Cardiologists work closely with endocrinologists, nephrologists, pulmonologists and even doctors specializing in primary care for patients 65 and older.

Through our Center for Older Adult Health, Brigham Medical Specialties at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital offers both primary and consultative outpatient care for patients 65 and older. Whatever the individual patient’s needs, the approach is comprehensive, with care provided by specialists in geriatric medicine. Our physicians focus on prevention as well as providing expert care to manage acute and chronic conditions that can affect us as we age.

By emphasizing regular health screenings, immunizations and counseling on diet and lifestyle issues, our clinicians work with patients to avoid problems. They are up-to-date on the latest research and newest developments in treatment, so they can counsel patients on how to stay healthy and what the best options are should a problem arise.

The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Hypertension though Brigham Medical Specialties at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital provides the highest quality of clinical care for patients with endocrinological disorders.

We provide clinical care for adult patients with all types of hormonal disorders including diabetes, hypertension and thyroid disease. We also evaluate and manage other conditions such as osteoporosis, pituitary dysfunction, adrenal disorders, sexual dysfunction, infertility, hirsuitism, polycystic ovarian syndrome, hypoglycemia and calcium disorders.

Our pulmonologist is a world leader in clinical respiratory disorders. We provide comprehensive pulmonary care, for even the most complex cases, to a multitude of patients each year. Our pulmonary services span the entire spectrum of patient care, ranging from lung disease prevention and detection to pharmacologic and interventional treatment.

Working closely with thoracic surgery and immunology in the evaluation and treatment of complex respiratory disorders our multispecialty group is dedicated to meeting your healthcare needs in a seamless and efficient manner.

The Division of Renal (Kidney) Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital is pleased to provide you with our world-class clinical services through Brigham Medical Specialties at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. The division has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report to have the number one kidney program in the United States for four out of the last five years.

We are recognized internationally for our outstanding faculty who have made seminal contributions to the field of nephrology and for outstanding clinical care. Here at Brigham Medicine Specialties at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, our physicians sub-specialize in chronic diseases of the kidney and dialysis access.
